Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you need to make a return, we’re happy to help!
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, unused, and undamaged items that were purchased online, within 30 days of your purchase date. Your return must make it back to us within 30 days. Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. For items purchased in-store, we are able to provide store credit.
Sale items, vintage boots, antiques/vintage items and gift cards are final sale and can’t be returned or exchanged. Please include your order number or a copy of your receipt with your return to help us process it quickly.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to us at townsendprovisions@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
To start a return or exchange, email us at townsendprovisions@gmail.com with your order number and the item you’d like to return. We’ll send you instructions for shipping it back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are unable to provide a refund for returns lost in transit.
